At POWR Energy, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products once they have been purchased.

Damages and Issues

We take quality and customer satisfaction seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@powrenergy.com so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. All damage or issue claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

As part of our strict no-return policy, we do not accept returns on any items, including but not limited to:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items classified as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

European Union Orders

While EU consumer protection law allows a 14-day cooling-off period for eligible purchases, POWR Energy maintains a strict no-return policy across all markets. If you are an EU customer and have a concern about an order, please reach out to us at info@powrenergy.com, and we will evaluate it on a case-by-case basis.
